Shakty is the daughter of India, a very wild and intelligent filly of a couple of years old, she loves being with the herd but she does not have a special affection for the human species.
We love seeing her wild and free, seeing her be a respected mare who also lives surrounded by a family of equals:
for us this is being a horse, their tremendous temperament and intelligence, they are not servants of humans, you just have to know them a little to realize it.
When you sponsor en inhabitant, you are doing more than making a donation.
You are giving them a chance and creating a very special bond.
Being a sponsor means being their caretaker.
If you have ever come to the sanctuary, you know Chete. There is no goat more cunning and friendly than him!
Leroy arrived at the sanctuary thanks to a notice from a private individual, he already arrived blind but that does not prevent him from leading a full and safe life.
Karma and Destino arrived from a flat in Madrid. In the Sanctuary they live free and respected with the efforts of many people.
After a complaint from an individual, we learned about the terrible situation of Martita, her mother Doña Isabel, and many other animals on a farm near Seville.
He’s a guy with an overwhelming personality! A heartbreaker ! The prettiest goat in the place!
Fiona is a super nice and playful little pig. She arrived very afraid of people and other animals, but that is now a thing of the past, now she lives with the group.
Lola is an albino Vietnamese pig that we rescued from the kennel in Almería.
Sponsoring this whole family of fun and cuddly rodents means that you help with the costs of feeding and sterilization.
Brave Alejandra has given birth to a healthy little lamb! Full of life that will also live forever protected, free and respected…
He is someone with a lot of personality and very kind to everyone. He is a bit of a boss of one of the smaller groups of goats and loves the pampering of the volunteers.
Pamela comes from the La Pepa Sanctuary. She is super affectionate and sociable. She loves to be paid attention to. And she has a super sweet character. 🍬
Verónica was rescued from the Almería kennel through the Red Footprint association. It has a smaller size than the rest of the horses because it is a mix of horse and pony.
